Shipping + Returns
 

Once you complete an order, your item(s) will be shipped within 2-5 business days. We ship up to 10 items anywhere:

• In the US for a flat rate of $4.25
• Canada for a flat rate of $14.00 plus $6.95 duty- which we prepay for you
• Overseas for a flat rate of $17.00.

At this time, we are not shipping to the UK or Germany from this site, but we ARE doing so from our etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/roseandrooshop.

If you’re ordering more than 10 items, please contact us for shipping information before you complete your purchase.

Because of the fast turnaround between the time you order and the time your items ship, we are not able to cancel an order once it is made. If, however you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us right away so we can make it right!
